• Newly hired employees must be in their job for at least six months before applying for a change in position. 
• Employees who wish to be considered for a transfer to another department must be in good standing in their respective departments, and have a good performance and attendance record.
• Any employee on any disciplinary action will not be considered for a transfer.
• Each employee requesting a transfer will be considered for the new position along with all other applicants.
  • Each transfer is judged on an individual basis, depending on the needs of both departments involved.
  • Management will make all final decisions regarding transfers, in conjunction with the Human Resources Department.
  • Employees should also feel free to discuss their career aspirations with their supervisor/manager or their HRBP at any time. 
• Employees who wish to apply for a transfer should discuss it first with their supervisor/manager. If it is determined that their skills fit the requirements of the desired job, employees should apply for that opportunity by clicking on the Careers tab above and completing the application process. If required, employee may be requested by the Talent Acquisition Team to complete any necessary testing. If you scores adequately on the required tests, an exploratory interview with the appropriate manager/supervisor will be arranged.
• The Company has a right to deny or postpone the transfer of an employee if it would place an undue hardship on the department of the Company as a whole.
• An employee who applied and is accepted for another job in a different department will not be eligible for another external departmental transfer for a period of one year.
